Vic has done work at my house several times. He is timely (If not early) for his appointment. VIc keeps the work site clean and has the skill to overcome issues that might be difficult for other maintenance professional due to his depth of experience. The ZBA GROUP is like finding a treasure, a gold mine, and you want to keep it a secret, but now I want to tell everyone because it is valuable and unique rental property knowledge. ZBA GROUP, Realtors, property management company who invests in properties. They renovate, remodel, overhaul, convert, fix, and rebuild property like no other Realtors, or property management Group. They are Superior. They make rental properties so attractive, so good looking,  and pleasing. My apartment is BEAUTIFUL,  BUT the most important thing about Renting  from ZBA GROUP,  The greatest thing, the number 1 thing is THE OWNERS, They are a High Quality, First Rate, most excellent Group of Realtors and property management OWNERS/LANDLORDS. Superior to any other rental companies, anywhere! This is my personal experience,  ZBA did not tell me to say this, this is in my Heart. I have lived in my ZBA rental apt for many years, and more to come, I can't imagine living in any other rental apartment. They have great maintenance crew, and ZBA is attentive, and responsive to the tenants needs, ZBA CARES ABOUT THEIR TENANTS.And if you read anything contrary to what I have said ,there's  something wrong with that person. The ZBA GROUP has an office in Towson, with properties all around Maryland. I hope that anyone who reads this message, this REVIEW, that it will stick in their Hearts and Minds. Love Jennifer. Any time there's an issue with my apartment, she gets it fixed ASAP. If something needs replaced, she never hesitates to keep us in the loop until a new appliance arrives! Over the weekend I had an issue with washing machine not draining. Sent Jenifer an email and all is well and working Monday morning. Thank you for a great response/fix, much appreciated. Another issue resolved quickly, new washer delivered today, thank you for the timely response!
